In conjunction with Ramadhan, the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism and the departments under it held a reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil Ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit; and, Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.

The ministry's delegation to the Royal Mausoleum was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. It began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah.
